Nigerian Hand peeled blended Egusi – ( sand free) is done by hand, that is  manually done. And it often comes out whiter than  the ones that are done with the machine. It’s believed by some that the hand peeled egusi tends to be sweeter than the other and less, or if not free of sand. But both hand peel and machine peeled egusi can be used to make a delicious Nigerian Hand peeled blended egusi soup – ( sand free).

You can use dried cat fish to make it more delicious.

You can also use crayfish to prepare  a sweet Delicious Nigerian Hand peeled Egusi.

Panla fish also will make it welcoming, sweet, delicious and classy.
