8.2 If the quality of any perishable item is not satisfactory, contact us within 4 hours of receipt of your order. You will not be eligible for a refund of perishable items after this period elapses. If a refund request exceeds the 90-day limit for an EBT transaction on Ampflexi, the refund will likely not be processed back to your EBT account. Ampflexi may not be able to issue a refund after this period. However, they may offer an alternative, such as a store credit or another method of compensation. To resolve the issue, you should contact Ampflexi Customer Service for assistance.
